'OliveOilPlate started from a dream to share real Neapolitan pizza in Rome. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our modest family-owned pizzeria was built on recipes passed down for generations.

Marco Bianchi, our pioneer, mastered the craft of pizza in her exploration of Italy, learning from esteemed pizza creators in Naples—pizza's hometown. Upon her return to the UK, she set out to offer the quintessence of Italian pizza, adopting time-honored processes and premium ingredients.

From our humble beginnings as a quaint 12-seat restaurant, we have transformed into a cherished cornerstone of our community, yet our dedication to excellence and originality remains steadfast. Our commitment extends to our daily handmade dough, wood-fired ovens, and selecting only top-tier ingredients.

'OliveOilPlate is still steered by our founding family, with a new generation of the Bianchi lineage now guiding our zealous crew. Although we've incorporated modern touches, the essence of our work endures: forging delectable, genuine pizzas that unite patrons.
